These eggs come from Windberry Farm in Abbotsford. Their hens are fed only certified organic feed from a local farm, have access to outdoor pasture, natural light all year round in their barn and follow all requirements for certified organic chicken. The eggs they lay are a rainbow of different colours, and the yolks are deep orange. These eggs are shelf stable as they have never been refrigerated, and can stay in a cool, dry area for up to two weeks.
